brianwilliams82 With their 4th album, Algebra finally step out of the shadows of classic thrash bands and come into their own. Gone are the sections of tracks that sounded like they were wholesale lifted from the golden years, replaced by a much more confident approach. Sinewy leads permeate the groove-based, quasi-technical songs, making quite a memorable listen. High praise deserved all round for this one!

Heb13:8 I hated Algebra in high school so I nearly didn’t give this band a listen due to the name. Glad I did though, this is badass thrash that shows shades of many of the 90s big names but manages to keep its own identity solely intact! Favorite track: Kleptomaniac.
